No Return & No Refund Policy

At Barkat E Ajwa, we ensure that every pack of Ajwa dates is delivered with the highest standards of freshness and quality. Since dates are perishable food items, all purchases are final, and we follow a strict No Return, No Refund policy.


1. No Returns

We do not accept returns for any orders due to the consumable nature of food products.

Items cannot be returned if:

  • The product is opened, used, or partially consumed

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The customer changed their mind or ordered by mistake


2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once the order is delivered.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Taste or personal preference issues

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

  • Opened or consumed products


3. Exceptional Cases (Replacement Only)

We provide replacement only in the following situations:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product received

  • Package tampered with at the time of delivery

Important:
All replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Replacement product will be delivered within 3–7 days.
